About

We Believe in Doing Meaningful Work

We’re committed to making a positive impact. Our founders have built award-winning apps downloaded by millions of people.

Released in 2011, our Board Papers solution benefits 1000s of meeting organizers and attendees around the globe.

2008 Pervasent was founded to bring mobile apps to the enterprise. Over the next two years, Pervasent built some of the most popular and well-received mobiles apps released for the iPhone.

2010 Pervasent teamed with Zinio to build the number-one magazine reader for the iPad. Even at this early date, we saw the iPad’s potential to replace paper and disrupt business processes that revolve around documents.

2011 Pervasent teamed with Standard Chartered Bank to develop a portal for its board of directors that could meet the bank’s requirements for security and ease of use. That June, Board Papers® was used for the first time at a board meeting in Nairobi, Kenya.

Today large and small organizations on five continents use Board Papers to organize and distribute documents. More than simply putting PDFs on a mobile device, Board Papers provides a truly simple interface to locate, read, annotate and share documents.

Each year, Pervasent’s customers use millions of fewer pieces of papers through green initiatives. Pervasent is pleased to contribute to these efforts, saving trees and our customers’ money.

Saving money and trees

“As a college we used 1.5 million fewer pieces of paper this year. It’s not all from the board, but they were certainly heavy users!”

Director, IT, North Hertfordshire College
