Newsweek has an interesting article by Daniel Lyons highlighting some of the iPhone App Store success stories.
Smule and Pangea Software are two of the companies profiled. These two companies are known for creating innovative and very well polished iPhone apps. It shows that they spend a lot of time and effort in creating great applications, and it’s good to hear that they are getting very good returns on their investments.
The main takeaway from the article is that there is still money to be made from the App Store, and that the bar for what is considered a high quality (and best selling) iPhone app has been raised.
