Stuart Williams - CEO
One of the founders of Pervasent, Stuart brings over ten years experience as a business analyst, system architect and team leader. He has developed complex cost analysis and database applications for major corporations, including PG&E and Morrison Knudsen. An early proponent of multi-channel platforms, Stuart was developing pen-based systems for tablet computing devices as early as 1991.Since 1995, Stuart has pioneered the use of web-based services. In one innovative venture, he developed an Internet site that calculates and compares auto insurance rates for all California insurance providers. With Pervasent President David Foote, he developed novel web technologies to create online markets for the exchange of technical information. Stuart played a leading role in the development of Babycenter.com, a multi-Webby award winning content and commerce web site.
