Think Simple

Since 2008, Pervasent has worked closely with our customers to give them solutions that are simple to deploy, learn and use. More than their list of features, Pervasent’s Board Papers and Team Papers solutions provide a truly simple interface to locate, read, annotate and share documents. As our CTO often notes, “Everything should be as simple as possible, but not simpler.”

Saving Trees

Each year, Pervasent’s customers use millions of fewer pieces of papers through green initiatives. Pervasent is pleased to contribute to these efforts, saving trees and our customers’ money.

“Team Papers is really working out for us. Before, we were printing a lot of paper. We literally switched from paper to digital using Team Papers and our board members are happy…”

From little acorns

In 2008, Pervasent was founded to bring mobile apps to the enterprise. Over the next two years, Pervasent built some of the most popular and well-received apps for the iPhone and iPad. But from the start, our focus has been getting the information that business users need onto the devices they always have on hand.

In 2011, Pervasent teamed with Standard Chartered Bank to develop a board portal that could meet the bank’s strict requirements for security and ease of use. That June, Board Papers was used for the first time at a board meeting in Nairobi, Kenya. In early 2012, Board Papers was released to the market and showcased as a featured business app at Apple Stores.

Today

Our clients include financial institutions and regulatory agencies, nationwide retailers and local non-profits, universities and prep schools, regional and community banks, football teams and federations, city halls and state houses.

In places such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bermuda, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Iceland, Portugal, Greece, Qatar, the UAE, Pakistan, India, Tunisia, Morocco, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, Eswatini, Lesotho and South Africa, our customers continue to challenge us to “think simple” as we enhance our solutions for an ever-changing world.
